ABOUT US
THE ROTARY SOCIAL SAMARITANS
In 2019, the Rotary Club of Fort Lauderdale South formed the Satellite Club of Fort Lauderdale South Sunset (aka Social Samaritans) to offer service, social, and networking opportunities in an evening setting.
The Social Samaritans meet two evenings a month - one is a regular formal meeting and the other is typically a Social Networking event (Party with a Purpose) on behalf of local non-profit organization and as an opportunity to promote Rotary in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Starting in February 2023, we will be meeting the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month. Our regular meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at Tarpon River Brewing, with fellowship and networking before at 6 p.m.
ROTARY
Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.

Solving real problems takes real commitment and vision. For more than 110 years, Rotary's people of action have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects. From literacy and peace to water and health, we are always working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.
